Nepal HRM 1 Time Offer: Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Nepal HRM 1 Time Offer campaign. By registering for the campaign, your organization agrees to the terms set out below. To view the offers themselves, see the campaign page.

1. The Nepal HRM 1 Time Offer Campaign is valid for organizations that complete registration during the campaign period announced by Nepal HRM.
2. The campaign includes the following offers:
   • Lifetime Free Package: Available for organizations with up to 10 employees.
   • Business Growth Offer: 6 months complimentary access to Nepal HRM's Essential or Business Package for up to 10 selected organizations.
3. To be eligible for the Business Growth Offer, an organization must have 50 employees or fewer at the time of registration and approval.
4. Selection of organizations under the Business Growth Offer shall be at the sole discretion of Nepal HRM and is subject to eligibility verification.
5. Nepal HRM reserves the right to verify employee count, business signup details, and any other information submitted by participants.
6. The Lifetime Free Package includes features made available under Nepal HRM's Free Plan and is subject to applicable package limits and fair usage policies.
7. Online onboarding support, documentation, and customer guidebooks are provided free of charge.
8. Onsite biometric device installation, setup, configuration, onboarding, or training support within the Kathmandu Valley will incur a service charge of NPR 2,500 per visit. Customers outside the Valley will be supported virtually at no additional cost.
9. Any hardware, biometric devices, third-party services, integrations, custom development, premium features, or additional implementation requirements will be charged separately.
10. Campaign benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other service.
11. Each organization may avail only one campaign offer unless otherwise approved by Nepal HRM.
12. Nepal HRM reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have provided false, misleading, inaccurate, or incomplete information.
13. Upon completion of the complimentary 6-month Business Growth Offer period, continued use of the applicable package shall be subject to Nepal HRM's prevailing subscription plans, pricing, and terms.
14. Nepal HRM reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, withdraw, or terminate the campaign, including its offers, eligibility criteria, and terms & conditions, at any time without prior notice.
15. In the event of any dispute relating to the campaign, participant eligibility, offer entitlement, or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, Nepal HRM's decision shall be final and binding.
16. Nepal HRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related losses arising from participation in the campaign or use of services provided under it.
17. Participation in this campaign does not constitute a guarantee of service availability, business outcomes, future pricing, selection under the Business Growth Offer, or any specific results.
18. By participating in this campaign, organizations acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
