Any registered Nepali business or startup with up to 10 active employees runs the full NepalHRM platform - including Nepal-compliant payroll (PF, CIT, SSF, eTDS), attendance, leave and the mobile app - free for life, subject to fair-usage limits. It is not a time-limited trial and there is no credit card required.
Any organization operating in Nepal with 10 employees or fewer. There is no minimum headcount - you can start with a single employee. When your team crosses 10 active employees, you simply move to a paid tier; your data and configuration carry over untouched.
Yes. PF, CIT, SSF and eTDS payroll, IRD-aligned tax slabs, the Nepali fiscal-year (Bikram Sambat) calendar, Nepali payslips and bank-transfer files are all included on the free plan - never a paid add-on. Biometric hardware is billed separately as a one-time device cost.
